We are deeply grateful to announce this years dates & details for the
2nd Annual One Song Project.

There is much occurring within our world, many people, places & issues needing our love, prayerful focus, attention & conscious action. From the oil spilling into the Gulf of Mexico to the International Whaling Commission holding its final vote (between June 21-25) on a proposal to legalize commercial whale hunting for the first time in 24 years.

How will we each respond during this time?
How can we make a difference in our daily lives?

Our Prayerful focus, intentions, meditations, songs, music, dances, and conscious actions all make a difference. Many of us now recognizing the tremendous power of collective and united conscious intention and focused prayer, and it's ablity to effect change & transformation in both the subtle and tangible realms of our world and reality.

Sound is a powerful carrier of these intentions and Song can be a powerful Prayer that ripples out to affect our world in both seen & unseen ways. Sound, Prayer & Intention also have a profound effect on the structure of water and the beings that live within the water. WATER being an essential part of our lives, an essential part of our bodies & our Living planet.

The One Song is a sonic prayer wave of gratitude, love & healing for the waters of our planet and for the creatures that live within the water. We are aware that as we sing our love & prayers into the water, it ripples out to effect all water on the planet and thus all of life on this sacred Living Planet we call home. The One Song is also a song of Awakening to Humanity, a call to remember our interconnection with all of life and return to a place of living in harmony with ourselves & our world.

We invite you to join us on June 19th, 20th & 21st as we send a sound wave of prayerful intention, healing & love around the world & then unite together for the synchronized Global One Song.

GLOBAL SONG WAVE BEGINS
June 19 - Saturday - at Sunrise (or 8 am your local time)
Sing the song with your timezone and be part of the global song wave.

ONE SONG SYNCHRONIZED EVENT
June 19 - Saturday - 3pm PDT, 6pm EDT, 11pm GMT
(June 20 - Sunday - 8am AUS EST)
The Global Song Wave completes with the Unified One Song.

SPECIAL SONG WAVE - JUNE 21st
June 21st - Monday - 12PM - Your Local Time.

In response to all that is occurring within our world right now, and in honor of Solstice and World Peace & Prayer Day we are adding a THIRD SONG TIME. The One Song Project is uniting with The Global Prayer Wave for their 12PM global prayer, meditation & intention.The Global Prayer Wave's focus is to respond to the current oil spill occurring in the Gulf of Mexico. We will all join together at 12PM to sing the One Song.

On this powerful day, when so many are united in prayerful intention & focus we invite you to again sing the One Song with your timezone and send this Sonic Prayer Wave around the world in support of healing our precious Living Planet.

From your own Home: You can participate personally from your own home and/or outside in nature – if possible near a body of water.

Host your own event: You can also host your own One Song Project gathering (or incorporate this into an already existing event) and invite your family, friends and community to join you. Upon completing the One Song, we are encouraging each event to then share in their own 'creation song', their own expression of the One Song. This can be through voice, dance/movement, music, art, through prayer & meditation, whatever your unique expressions are we encourage this to be shared as you offer your "song" into the waters and across our living planet.

SHARE YOUR ONE SONG with US & with THE WORLD!!

The focus for the One Song Project is to bring our awareness, presence and sonic prayers together and send these into the oceans, the rivers, the streams, the lakes; into the water of our Living Planet. The One Song has been created as a Song of Peace, Healing & Gratitude for the Water all across our living planet, with a special focus on honoring & giving gratitude for the creatures that live within the Oceans, our Sisters & Brothers of the Sea. The One Song has been created to help catalyze a remembering within Humanity of the preciousness of all of life and to support Humanity to unite together in Conscious Intention, with a focus on Peace, Unity, Harmony, Oneness and honoring this precious planet that we call home.

The One Song has been created with the gifts of many;
those of the Ocean and those of the Earth.

The Song includes Whale song, Indigenous song and sacred prayer
and the prayers and voices of people all around the World.

It is a simple song that goes beyond language, words and becomes a sacred chant, a call of remembering to a greater, deeper, more harmonious & peaceful nature that lives within each of us & connects us to all of life. A call to connect again with the great ‘Creation Song’ that flows through all of life. (* In this context ‘Creation Song’ is a term used by Aboriginal people of Australia.)

The One Song Project is the focal point of the 33 day Peace in the Water Global Peace Vigil. “A vigil that began five years ago with a simple prayer sent out to a handful of friends, that has evolved into a global creative initiative connecting people from over 80 nations on behalf of our planet’s vital waterways and the ancient, sacred life within.”

One of the main focuses of this years Peace in the Water vigil is the call to ‘COME TO THE WATER’, calling each of us to bring our attention daily to the water in our lives, within our bodies and within this sacred planet.

The Global Prayer Wave has been set up to help create a global presence and focus on the oil spill that is occurring in the Gulf Of Mexico.

The Prayer Wave occurs daily at 12PM your local time and calls people to focus their love, intentions & prayers daily on creating sustainable solutions and healing for the Oil Spill that has & is occuring, for the Ocean, for Mother Earth and for all of life affected.
